Introduction to unidirectional cylinder:

The commonly used buffer structure of the unidirectional cylinder is composed of a piston boss and a unidirectional cylinder head groove. When the piston moves close to the unidirectional cylinder head, it gradually enters the groove, and the oil in the groove is extruded through the gap between the boss and the groove, which increases the oil return resistance, produces the braking effect and realizes the buffer. The grade requirements of the filter are performed according to the actual working conditions of the system, but the minimum requirements are not less than 19/15 in ISO4406, that is, 24μ (β10≥75) in ISO4572.
