In order to ensure the service life of the Lifting cylinder, the hydraulic system must be set up effective filtration to prevent pollution, the cleanliness of the oil should meet the ISO4406 standard, and the quality of the filtration should also meet the corresponding standards in ISO. The grade requirements of the filter are performed according to the actual working conditions of the system, but the minimum requirements are not less than 19/15 in ISO4406, that is, 24μ (β10≥75) in ISO4572.

The coordination of the sliding parts of the Lifting cylinder itself should not be too tight, the sealing friction force should not be too large, and H8 / f8 coordination should be selected between the piston rod and the guide sleeve; Check whether the size of the sealing ring is processed strictly according to the standard; If the V-shaped sealing ring is used, the sealing friction should be adjusted to a moderate degree.

Pipelines and fuel tanks should be cleaned to prevent falling off the oxide sheet and other debris. Clean with lint-free cloth or special paper. Twine and binder should not be used as sealing materials. Hydraulic oil according to the design requirements, pay attention to the change of oil temperature and oil pressure. When there is no load, unscrew the exhaust bolt for exhaust.

Servo cylinder control principle
The electro-hydraulic pulse servo cylinder is composed of a stepper motor, a three-position four-way servo valve, a mechanical feedback device (a wire carrier) and an oil lever. When the stepper motor gets a pulse signal, its output shaft rotates 1.5 or 3 degrees, the servo valve spool drives the wire to rotate at the same time, the valve spool moves and opens the reversing cylinder to output pressure oil, the piston moves and drives the lead screw to reverse rotate the valve spool back to the original position, and the servo valve stops output pressure oil in the center. At this time, the cylinder moves 0.1 or 0.2mm stroke, and the displacement and speed of the cylinder travel are determined according to the given value of the electrical pulse.
