In general, for equipment with a fixed size that is not too limited, the pressure can be selected lower, and the walking machinery should be selected higher.

When the rack cylinder thrust is insufficient, check the hydraulic circuit for leaks. Including leakage of valves and hydraulic lines. The inspection method is to check and eliminate the leakage of the hydraulic connection line by manipulating the reversing valve. Also consider the relief valve. If the relief valve enters the dirt and jams the spool, so that the relief valve is normally open, the hydraulic oil will flow directly back to the tank through the relief valve bypass, resulting in no oil in the rack cylinder. If the load is too large, although the regulating pressure of the relief valve has reached the maximum rating, the rack cylinder still cannot get the thrust required for continuous action without action. If the regulating pressure is low, the pressure is insufficient to achieve the required vertebra force, which is manifested as insufficient thrust. Check and adjust the relief valve at this time.
How to judge the leakage in the cylinder?
Common judgment method: In the production site, people make full use of watching, listening, smelling, touching and other sensory ways, by observing that the cylinder can not move or delay the action or feel the oil temperature change, vibration and noise, etc., and then judge whether the cylinder has internal leakage according to experience. Another method commonly used in the field is to extend the cylinder in place to ensure that the cylinder does not have any load and will not retract (to prevent the cylinder from internal leakage accidents), turn off the machine, and then remove the tubing with the rod cavity, and then press the switch that pulls out the cylinder (do not press the wrong switch). If the oil nozzle with the rod cavity drains the cylinder internally, If there's no oil coming out, you have to think about something else going wrong.
What components can control cylinder rising and falling speed and the speed is adjustable?
A throttle or special solenoid valve is required. The reversing valve can choose the three-position reversing valve with P-type middle function. When rising, the reversing valve can be changed to the middle position to achieve differential connection and the fastest speed. Add a combination valve one-way throttle valve in the oil return circuit, connection mode: when the cylinder rises, the oil flows back to the tank through the check valve, the throttle valve is reversed off, when the cylinder falls, the reversing valve is changed to the left or right position (see the structure of the valve), the check valve is reversed off, the oil returns to the tank through the throttle valve, and the speed can be adjusted through the throttle valve.
