Introduction to tension cylinder:

The oil tension cylinder is a part of the hydraulic system, in the hydraulic system, to reasonably design the heat dissipation system, to prevent the oil temperature is too high is the key to keep the hydraulic oil temperature normal. The temperature of the system should be kept in a suitable range to reduce the energy released when the bubble bursts. The vertical tolerance between the end face of the mounting piston and the axis of the piston rod is not more than 0.04mm/100mm to ensure that the piston installation does not produce skew; (iii) The outer circle of the piston rod should pay attention to the roughness; (iv) Because it is operated under low load conditions, surface treatment is omitted.

The body of the tension cylinder on the processing process requirements: the body of the tension cylinder is an important and essential part of the tension cylinder, because it has an irreplaceable role. At the same time, in order to eliminate the influence of eccentric load on the work of the piston, all the tension cylinders must be provided with a considerable length of guide sleeve at the extended end of the piston rod. In addition, in the case of faster piston movement, the phenomenon of mechanical collision between the piston and the tension cylinder bottom and the tension cylinder head is serious, so the buffer deceleration should be set at both ends of the tension cylinder The working medium of the tension cylinder: because it works at room temperature, the ordinary oil-type hydraulic oil can be selected; tension cylinder sealing device: The use of Yx sealing ring, polyurethane (PU) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) materials combined to achieve a good sealing effect; Buffer mechanism of the tension cylinder: The buffer structure of the tension cylinder is to prevent the piston from colliding with the tension cylinder head at the end of the stroke.

In the case of extremely high accuracy requirements, you can not, please consider a few problems: 1, hydraulic oil can be compressed, it is elastic like a spring. Because the valve can be installed very close to the hydraulic cylinder, or even installed on the hydraulic cylinder, but the pump must go through the tubing and then into the hydraulic cylinder, there is a long distance, which greatly reduces the rigidity of the system and increases the difficulty of control. 2, the quantitative pump is first of all leaking, and there is 10%-20% flow pulsation. Secondly, and more unfortunately, the leakage of the pump is related to the pressure and is non-linear.
